Many schools in California and Nevada have week-long vacations in mid-February. Here are a few February Break Camps for kids at Lake Tahoe:



Camp Xtreme In Incline Village
February 17 - 20, 2009
Time: 7:30 am - 5:30 pm
Go Xtreme with Incline Village Rec. Center Youth Development Staff and enjoy your school break! Trained and caring staff provides age-appropriate games, crafts, activities and field trips.
Location: Incline Elementary School - Room 24 (K-2 Campus on Southwood)
Fee: Resident $100/week or $32/day
Non-Resident $125/week or $40/day
K through 5th grade
Pre-registration required by February 11th! Camp shirts must be purchased before attending camp for $15. For more information, call (775) 832-1310.

Ski Skate Week Program in Tahoe City
Kids can join in the Fun during February Break
February 17 - 20, 2009 9am-4:30pm
At the Rideout Community Center
Fee: Resident $99/week or $30/day
Non-Resident $139/week or $39/day
K through 5th Grade

Activities Scheduled:
Tuesday: Ski/Snowboard at Homewood Mountain Resort.
Wednesday: Movie and Lunch in Reno.
Thursday: Coconut Bowl in Reno
Friday: Sledding at Granlibakken

Squaw Sessions Ski & Snowboard Camp for Teens February 14 - 21, 2009. Fee: $119/Day Squaw Sessions is specifically designed for intermediate and advanced 13-18 year-old skiers and snowboarders. The program provides the new school breed with the opportunity to experience Squaw Valley's rich freeride culture firsthand. For more information or to make reservations please call 530-581-7166.

Winter Break Camp City of South Lake Tahoe Parks and Recreation Department
February 16 - 20, 2009
7:30a - 6:30p, unless noted.
Everyone needs to sign in by 9:30 at 1180 Rufus Allen Blvd.
Games, Crafts and Activities each day. Please bring a sack lunch and snow clothes every day.
Fee: $105/week; $20/Day, except Wednesday (Field Trip to Grand Sierra Resort) $25
